Has anyone used cytokinins on theyre female pot plants?

i heard its supposed to start flowering early.

i did this once with a product ment for tomatoes. i had used this same strain many years and i could not notice a difference. im not saying it doesnt work but i noticed no effects. perhaps i already had my plants at peak performance so it was noticable to the eye. i did not compare overall weight difference in harvest so i cant help there either.
