LOL. I have done that before. I'm talking the ones out of the phone book too. Seriously.
Don't do it. It's a total rip off, the girls are totally different looking than advertised, they will ask you for a large amount of money as a "tip", as soon as they get there, before they will even do anything with you at all.
I did it twice, both times I was drunk and stupid. It was years ago too. I couldnt even finish in the hour time limit BOTH times.. it sucked.

If you really want to go through with it, DON't let the bitch know how much money you have. They will try and get everything they can. If you don't have anything extra though, chances are they wont even let you do anything.

Also, they take forever to get to you. Sometimes more than 2 hours. Just because they are fucking stupid.

One of the bitches told me she was blond, but when she got there - brunette.
Also, one of the times I called an asian one and they sent a white bitch.

If they start on that tip bullshit, just say "all i have is 20 extra".. and if she refuses say something like "OK I really have 40" and so on.
