again condensation isn't a sign of humidity. it just shows a temperature difference. just rely on the fact you know if shoudl ahve good humidity with all that.

almost everyone uses room temp. search the optimum conditions actually its somewhere under 'growing' up to there. anywhere from 70-mid 80's works and you can even get away with even more extream sometimes.

Light will make it through that duct tape. I'm not sure it will be strong enough to trigger pinning below surface level but my gut tells me it would.
If it does, you can just leave it the way it is or maybe line the bottom part with tin foil and tape back over that. No light gets through foil at all.

you're fine on light. gonna have a much greater intensity from above, and you're right, the casings will block out the rest anyway.
only issue is the isopropyl. its not gonna help at that ratio. it can actually hurt...alcohol will evaporate faster than water, and you end up with pure alcohol droplets condensing on the lid which could drip back down and cause little tiny problems should they land somewhere... i wouldnt worry and go changing it now, but next time use h2o2. (even that breaks down relatively quick and its usefulness is kind of questionable in that case unless you keep adding some every few days, but its a good additive to your misting bottle whenever you might need to mist) better off and just as safe to plan on cleaning things between grows... change the water, bake your rocks for a while, and you're good. no need to really go adding stuff to it. your FC isn't sterile and doesn't need to be. cleanlieness is good, but every time you open it to fan or what have you, all sorts of crap is gonna land inside anyway... don't let that scare you, same goes for everyone else's too and theirs works just fine
and about the heating, you're good at room temp. low to mid 70s is optimal. if you're falling much below high 60s you can get a reptile heating pad. they're low on the power consumption, inexpensive (like 15 bucks) and are real flat and thin, with an adhesive surface. stick it right up to the bottom side of the FC and it will get your environment a few degrees warmer.

Keep in mind that I'm a novice grower who has only read a lot, not done a lot.
My comment was based on two understandings.
(a) There are two components that trigger pinning; light and temperature. If the myc gets both of these (and adequate FAE) then pins will form at those spots.
(b) Pinning at places other than the surface will cause energy to be diverted to those shrooms, which is undesirable. It's most efficient to direct the energy evenly at the surface.
So I'm concluding that if light can get through duct tape in enough quantity then pinning could occur there. I'm just not sure if the light that will make it through duct tape would be enough to trigger pinning. I'm guessing it would only because if it didn't, I don't imagine anyone would mess with aluminium foil.

How big is that FC and how many gallons is that air pump rated for? My only concern is that you may not get enough FAE depending on whether or not that pump can push enough air through the bubblewand for that size chamber. Other than that, everything looks good to me

nope you're totally right. and it doesnt take much light at all to trigger pinning. its proven a millisecond a day can do it. however, when you got an overhead light for several hours a day, the majority of the pins are gonna be just fine, on the top, and upward. there will be more bouncing off the inside walls than getting through the tape anyway all that is besides the point though because he's casing in a foil pan that is opaque, and the light will only reach the myc on a regular basis once it pokes through the casing layer... which is on top. so we're all correct.
