Hmmm... i'm worried about carpet damage with one of those greenhouses. I just found one on fleabay for 20$ which is 3 feet high, perfect for a closet. However the floor in my bedroom is carpeted... i'd have to figure out some way to have the bottom protected since none of them seem to be fully enclosed :frown:

Anyone seen anything that'd be a better choice?

no worries. just use 3mil polysheeting from home depot to wrap up the bottom(including the legs) with weatherproofing tape. then stick the additional polysheeting under the zippered flap of your greenhouse. It can be adjusted to control FAE and RH levels.
but ANYWAY, i haven't had a drop of water on my carpet yet. :grin:

Yup . And then you can set the whole thing on top of a large rubbermaid lid . I've never had a drop of water on my carpet.

im guessing, once you put the casing layers for the first time, you dont put back in incubator, right????????
do you just put them directley in the greenhouse, make sure you put on a good layer so that no light enters???
or do you put them directley and than put some sort of heater for the next couple of days to continue colonizing the layer???
or no heater at all!!!!!???????? dont worry about it???? no heat neeed after putting casing layer on?????
