Do you mean those drinks they sell at smoke shops?

My roommate swears by Blends Body Clean, he's passed two drug tests with it when he smoked just a couple days before each test. I've never used one, but it seems like it should work.

I've had firends pass on them and I've had friends fail on them so I don't really know.
Drinking LOTS of water helps no matter what. Though if you drink too much they might not take the sample since it will be obviously clear and watered down.
