Field Capacity with H/poo

So, I pasturized my poo last night and had it sit out overnight to cool and drain out in my sink. Is it safe from contams just sitting out in the pillow case? Also, when i go to open it up to put in my tub and mix with spawn what would I do if it's too dry/ too wet.

I know what to look for when it's at field capacity, I'm just wonder what to expect when I go to open the pillow case in the next couple hours.

Best to use it ASAP. It should be fine though.

If it's dry, add sterile water. If it's wet, squeeze it.

Grab a clump and gently squeeze. This should produce a few drops.
