extracting Muscimol and Ibotenic acid??

The active ingredient in Amanita is muscimol which is converted from ibotenic acid through decarboxylation when the mushroom is dried..
My question is it possible to do an extraction of Muscimol and or ibotenic acid from amanita mushrooms.. maybe that would alleviate some of the danger in takin the properly identified "Safe" amanita

Muscimol and ibotenic acid are both soluble in water, but so is α-amanitin.

So that obviously wouldnt work.. unless a-amanitin has a different specific gravity than muscimol and ibotenic acid in which case i could spin it off in a centrifuge and then seperate the three components into the two desirables
