Another Casing Question

I've allready pasturized my casing and its cooling in a rubbermaid container. Last time I cased It got contaminated, so I was wondering if I should case in a generally sterile environment, or if it will be fine because I pasturized it (I didn't pasturize it last time). I'm thinking I'll just spray some bleach and water over my work area, but if anyone has a better system I'd like to hear it.

go with the sterile environment. There are tons of bacteria/mold spores floating around in the air ALL the time. FOAF takes a shower, has a HEPA filter running 24/7, and sprays the whole room with lysol before he works on anything requiring sterility in that room.

The cleaner the better. A sterile enviroment is what insures a good crop. Try straight isopropyl alcohol in a spray bottle. Rubber gloves rinsed in very hot water, then lightly sprayed with lysol are great when in sterile enviroment.
