POTENCY IS NOT DETERMINED BY STAIN.
It depends mostly on substrate (its nutrience.)
Potency changes by SPECIES, not by strain (like weed.)
However, not all cubensis have the same potency (varying substrates)

it has alot to do with the substrate composition, but some strains are shown so have more psilocybin than others. Then let me modefy my question, what substrate meterial has the potential to produce the most psycoative shroom?

Horse manure that is well aged and weather. Covered in white fungus known as firefang will produce the most potent shrooms and is very simple to obtain.

You can improve on this by using mycobags and making mixtures that include things like vegetable oil and I've heard stevia boosts potency. There are also controversial additives like ?tryptamine?. A lot more info to be found on this by searching the advance cult forum.

The only thing better would be mushroom compost custom made for the species.

If your talking Psilocybe cubensis then it depends on how you grow it.

If your talking Panaeolus cyanescens well then you wont need to....
