Donating Sperm

My turn to make a thread.

So do/have you donate(d) sperm before? I heard they pay like 50 bucks for a man's load. I've never done it before, but if I could find a place that does I'd gladly rub one out. It's weird to think that I could have a child that I don't even know though.

My old roommate went once.  He would always donate plasma so he figured he'd give it a shot.  He went in and gave his sample but they had to test it before he could become a regular.  They froze it overnight and tested the count the next day.  Too many didn't make it so he failed.  He was sad.  :sperm:

I'd assume you have to be a pretty attractive, healthy male. No woman wants an ugly baby that's prone to disease.

I thought about that too before, but how could they determine that.. it doesn't seem like an exact science or anything.. I mean what's there a panel of females that rate you good enough or not? It would suck to get blatantly judged like that. it just doesn't seem reasonably possible. Perhaps they need certain features.. like eye or hair color. Can't ugly people have good looking kids though!?

You'd have to have features deemed desirable. Good build, healthy skin, large penii, etc etc. I don't know how it actually works, but I assume they give you a pretty in-depth physical. I wouldn't let a bunch of hobos populate the world if I was running one of those clinics.

Exactly.  If you're a woman who wants to have good offspring are you going to pick:

A.  Mr. Perfect.  He's a Harvard educated business executive.  He is 6 foot tall, 180 pounds, muscular, and in great shape.

or...

B.  Mr. Randalflagg.  He's a college drop out who hasn't worked in a long time.  He spends a lot of time on the computer.  He's 5 foot 7 inches and skinny.

Hm....I wonder which one they would pick?  :smirk:
