Is this feesable for portabella

To just grow them the same as cubes. Using weathered aged horse manure and straw spawned with grain and cased 50/50+ basicly just the same as cubes? Only using the portabella growthe conditions of course. Stamets says leeched cow manure works (ggmm) and that compost is just the industry standard. What do you all think?

definetly, i have a friend down the road starting a portabello farm, hes had some initial success and is still experimenting w/ substrates, but it doesn't seem all that hard... if you are well versed in growing on manure, and casing which is 100% essential, you should be fine.. try it out!
