i couldn't find a list of the ingredients they use in their compost, but i did find this:

Quote:

Q: What type of mushrooms can I grow on your compost?
A: Any dung loving mushroom is ideal for our compost. Any mushroom which grows in cow/horse manure, dirt, or grass is an excellent choice.

cow manure won't work well, if at all, for growing ports. horse manure might possibly get you some fruits. poultry manure is the preferred ingredient for making portabella compost.

you would probably be better off making your own.
