cowdung/straw tek for p.cyanescens. doesnt work

Hello !
I tried to cultivate panaeolus cyanescens.
The rye was fully colonized in about two weeks without problems.
After that i made a mix with cowdung powder,straw and vermiculite to fill in
the colonized rye.
After 4 days of filling all parts in a bag and putting it at 80 ? there is no
visible growth.
I made it like the tutorial shown by Una and i dont know what i'm doing wrong.
Any tips ?

uhm...perhaps the humidity level of the substrate???
