First of all, you could do a search and find the answer, but to make things easier on you, here's an easy way to grow pan/cop cyans. Grow mycelium on whatever you like (brf, millet, rye grain, wheat grain, what ever), then use the colonized substrate to spawn either pasteurized dung or pastuerized straw, then put it in a terrarium with proper temp/rh and you got them shrooms growing. To pasteurize i would reccomend the microwave. anywhere from 20-40 minutes would be good, but remember you need a lot of excess water, since it evaporates quite quickly in the microwave.

after reading Ralphs tek i feel a bit more confident , i think its because its in a language i kinda understand some teks just scare me and i wont even try , now i few questions 1 . finchseed...will any do if i cant get the pennington brand . 2. i aint got no pc i know i should have so can you semi sterilise the jars and will 1 hour do, 3.Once the jars are ready is Ralph saying he got his 8 jars opened then and broke them into bits and mixed it with his 5 pounds of compost then cover them in sarin and put them in the terranium and is there no dunking of the cakes ? Getting the correct items here is not easy so i shall start at my local pet shop tomorrow for the seed , 1 last well it probably wont be the last .. 4 . when mixing the cakes i take it its the usual brf method only the rice is substituted with the finch seed . thanks for the help so far and happy trippin to you all

Newsflash Manson23200! ever heard of Doc Charlies straw tek? guess not. probably because you werent around long enough. when you submerge straw in water and nuke it for 30 minutes it pastuerizes. even better would be to soak it in water for 30minutes then drain and put in a heat resistent vessel, add water over the straw (i.e. to submerge the straw), and nuke it for 40minutes, then drain off the excess water, would give you a quality pasteurized straw!
