Purchase a spore syringe from one of the on-line vendors and read this link http://www.fanaticus.com/inocubat.htm Or you can read up on making a spore syringe from a print also....

you could use a liquid culture medium and scrape some spores into the medium.  You should do this within a glove box or flow hood to help contain contaminates. In a few days you will have a Mycelium rich media ready to inoculate your substrate.

Yes. Just scrape some spores off into your jar of grains in a glovebox with a sterile inoculating loop (or whatever). I've inoculated like 15 jars this way and only one ended up with contam, which was eventually overcome by the mycelium.
