Have you ever been quail hunting. You either get a dog or get someone to shoot up in the air to flush the quail from their nest on the ground.


even if he was shooting in the air to get them out of their nest, HOW DO YOU GET SHOT IN THE FACE???? air is upwards, and the groud is downwards, unless he was trying to hit them on theyre way down i cant see how he got shot...

Birds are capable of flying at a height equal to the height of a human being, especially when said bird just took off from the ground. This isn't rocket science here.

ive just never seen a quail actually fly... they always run and even if they do fly its like an inch off the ground...
