Mushie growth stalled, is cake spent??

My friend's cakes just got donew. their third flush, one of em has a mushie on it that has had the veil superclose to tearing, for like 24 hours. It should have torn by now, that one and another seem to have stalled according to normal speed of growth at that stage. He dunked em right before this flush and they did well!! Does this stalled growth mean it's time to dunk again?? Thanks!!!!

Id just let the third flush complete and dunk again after that...3 flushes is a lot-congrats on that.
Are they brown rice flour cakes? If so id bet youll get one more flush after dunking which will be sort of on the weak side.

Yeah they're BRF cakes, the third flush after dunking was as good as the first. Really suprised my friend!!!

phrozendata, could you explain what you mean by choping the cakes up and throwing them in a rubbermaid? you meann just throw them in a tuperware and let them fruit from a pile of substrate? or mabey try and make a flat cake out of your spent cakes. this what you do with your spent cakes? sounds interesting.
