No growth on cake??

One of my cakes produced two nice big shrooms and there are a couple smaller ones growing on it. After I picked the big ones, the smaller ones just stopped growing. It's been about one week and there is no sign of any growth.
I keep my temp around 75-78 during the day and at night it gets about 65-70.
My humidity fluxuates beetween 85 % and 100 %. If someone has the slightests idea why this is happened, please reply.

well it could possible that your smaller shrooms are aborts, you might as well pick them, dunk your cakes for 8 hours or so, then put them back in the terranium, or case them. i dont know maybe someone with growing experience can help.

Yeah, those must be aborts, they?d grow if they were second flush pins.
Do (did) they look like these?

if that was your second flush and your cakes are slowing down then try and case it. I had a few slow somewhat spent cakes and i cased them, then they perk'd right up!
