question about tennstud

I ordered some poo from Mike about 2 wks ago and have yet to receive any kind of e-mail confirming shipment or anything like that (other than paypal).. I e-mailed him 4 days ago asking but no response.

My colonized jars are just pissing all over themselves waiting to run free with the poo!!

yeah i ordered some a while ago too..

i've been charged for it.. no signs of poo and no confirmation of any sort.. im not worried yet though

I sent him a MO a whiles back and nothing?

I wish he would shoot me a tracking # so 25lbs of shit dont just appear on my doorstep out of nowhere...

ive read some of the posts like this in the sponsor forum.. sometimes he cant collect his poo due to weather conditions and that.. ive never ordered from him, but he is a sponsored vendor so i would trust him.. he could be gone on vacation or something like that.. like i said above try sending him a PM or posting in the sponsors forum..

BTW guys, on the main page of his site it says clear as day "PLEASE ALLOW 7-10 DAYS PROCESSING FOR ALL ORDERS". He said processing, not shipping, so add shipping time to that. Imagine pasturizing all that poo :crazy:

Would you rather him fill the orders or answer emails? I'm sure you're not the only one emailing him. I emailed him awhile back too with no response. Do I keep emailing him until he answers? No.

Mike's a good guy and I'm sure he's doing the best he can right now, so if anyone has emailed him, just wait for a response. Repeatedly emailing him is just making things worse.

Sorry FooMan, I guess when I saw a post that said "there is already a thread like this in the sponsors forum" while browsing a thread in the sponsors forum, I assumed you were mistaken...

and although I realize how hard it must be dealing with that much shit, he gladly accepted the money I sent him through paypal the same day, yet didn't return my One And Only email.

I'm thankful for what Mike does and he saves me a bunch of time and headaches, but he still runs a business and we are paying customers... I dont think expecting a reply is too much to ask from any of the sponsors, but If you think all of us who are a merely curious about our orders are wrong for inquiring then so be it.

I'm sure Mike is a great guy, but this is my first time ordering from him so I am a little apprehensive... Sorry for rambling, its just lame to get attitude from someone for asking a reasonable question

My PayPal account accepts money automatically and instantly. I'm sure his does too, so mentioning that he had time to accept your money is irrelevent.

I can come off as having an "attitude" at times, but I don't mean to. Sorry if I offended you. I'm just trying to make the point that if we both emailed him and obviously others have without a response, then it's probably a wise bet to assume that there is a reason for it and to not continue doing it. If everyone of his customers emailed him even 2 times, I'm sure it would be an all day project just responding to emails.

I agree that Mike should at least post in the sponsors forum to let everyone know what's up. I'm sure that would put alot of minds at ease.

I sent payment over 5 weeks ago. I've since written him twice as the order never shipped, each time, he explained that hes beyond busy right now, and that it would ship within a couple days. Each time, it has not shipped. I waited a few days after the third time it was supposed to ship and wrote him an email explaining I was canceling my order. I've sent him several emails since, and have yet to receive a response. In my last email, I indicated that I'm going to file a goods not received claim with paypal (cannot be done after 45 days, and I'm not waiting longer than that) if I don't get a response regarding my refund. :P

Hes not a bad guy at all, hes just really really busy right now. Unfortunatly, I couldn't wait any longer and looked locally. I offically requested cancelation of my order one week ago, and have sent several messages requesting my refund and confirmation of the cancelation.. - still with no response.

My 2?.

My 2?.

The order was sent last week to the address provided. I did not see anything about a cancellation until after it was sent. It was delivered and accepted. Considering the size of the order, most of it being dry product(which is in short supply these days) and being a special order(different combinations requested by the customer)it took some extra time. The order was substantial as was the shipping.
