fucking sleep patterns are fucked

i have been on such a fucked up work schedule lately......mostly work nights....now i have to go back to mid morning starting tomorrow....

but damnit all, i didnt wake up till 5pm today due to working till 4am sunday...FUCK

sooo....i think 2 Tylenol pm and a couple glasses of vodka will be my night after work(about 10 minutes from now)

i need to get on a normal sleep schedule  :confused:

I know what you mean, man. I wake up at 4am on mondays and wednesdays and work 5:30am-2pm. And since it's only 2 days a week I'll never get used to the early bedtime the night before. :thumbdown:
