I lived in Columbus for a couple of years. First I lived on the edge of German Village (Parsons Ave) for a year, and then lived on campus for several years at PCJ, just north of Worthington. Now I'm on the east side of the state near the Ohio river, but I may be moving back to Columbus for grad school.

I guess what I like best about the city are its metro parks. High banks is really nice, and so is Clear Creek. I also really enjoyed the plant conservatory, especially in the winter. Have you guys been there? They have several different ecosystems there, tropical rain forest, cloud forest, dessert etc. Their annual orchid show is pretty amazing.

Columbus may not be the best town in Ohio, but at least it's not Cincinnati.  :grin:

I live in Gahanna, Ohio, a suburb of Columbus. I love it, but every now and then I like to take a break and chill out with my grandparents in West Virginia.

This Spring the Columbus Orchestra will be covering Beethoven's 5th symphony, I've never seen it live before :grin:

And I've been to the conservatory, it's beautiful.
