oh i don't care,just sayin'...thought you might have gotten that mixed with matt,because he does have sleep problems from such...

who knows man....some night i wont sleep,then maybe sleep from 4pm to 4am....then maybe not for a over a day....then like a ton..

then sometimes it's like 4 hours,but it just rotates around the clock..

the way i always say it,imagine a clock,now imagine a area about 4 hours shaded...now imagine it moving clockwise around a little more each day..

it's a mix of those two scenarios,in very,very abridged version..

it used to at one time...

after such a lack of sleep you really start to loose it,well more than one might normal show...and thats kinda fun,But these days it just hurts,haha....

not big on meds...well the non-opiate kind...

herb i've tried,just fo the hey....nothing,...

i've taking handfulls of melatonin before....nothing,haha...

i did the unisom thing for a while,but it didn't work well enough for me to keep buying it...
