congrats on that man. calc is a bitch.
and yeah, we did differential equations in high school. or rather we touched on the easier examples. my calc teacher was surprisingly good.

Having a good calc teacher is always a HUGE plus. Otherwise lectures are pointless.

In chronological order: topology, abstract algebra, nuclear physics, advanced math phys, particle phys. Not to mention a status report next week to my thesis adviser on shit I haven't finished. Feel my pain please.

I can dig. Since we are on quarters we only take 4 classes on average instead of 5. But yea pure math and science never is a good time. Especcially when you gotta actually create shit for an engineering class.

But yea pure math and science never is a good time. I dont know, I like it I mean, sure its hard... but it is meaningful. (unlike BS humanities classes where they only teach you how evil white males are)

That is true. I am in a Phil class now for a general education class and I HATE it. It is just BS talk that is meaningless.
Math and science is just alot of work. I like it but it is a shitload of work.

well no, actually i don't. hence the sarcasm. granted it's hard to detect sarcasm over the net, but i tried to compensate with the grinny face. my course load is fucking stellar this semester. my classes are either common sense, super easy, or rather interesting.

Philos and PoliSci courses blow mah asshoe. Fucking pseudo-intellectual wannabe cocks who think they are so fucking brilliant. They're in fucking undergrad, and 21 years old MAX. I mean seriously, do you think they shit you're "coming up" with is new, or even really intelligent? Please, stop trying to outsmart the professor who has degrees from Stanford and Oxford, you're not gonna do it. So yeah, those courses blow. Other non-math and science can be okay. English is alright if you get the right courses.

I have a douche like that in my theology course. "I think.." nobody gives a fuck what you think because as the professor has pointed out you spew the same brainwashed trash as everyone else. I love it when my Jesuit professor proves the pseudo-intellectual religious students wrong. They restore my hope that religion isn't all bad.
Otherwise I have Organic Chem, E&M Physics, Genetics, Music Theory(easy A) and Exploring Catholicism.

Oh I wish I took a film analysis class this semester! I was going to, on queer cinema, but it was like, 6 hours a week and I only get 3 credit hours for it, so I was like, "fuck that." Instead I thought to myself "what's the easiest major there is? Of course, Sociology" So I decided to take a bunch of 100 level sociology classes since I'm finished with everything else and now my semester is pie. Oh yeah, and fuck math

i don't mind the workload for this class. it's really not bad at all. class tues-thurs and recitation immediately afterwards, so it basically takes up my tues-th from 2-5pm. but the first two hours of it is spent watching a movie. a different movie each tues and thurs. it's fucking badass. we've watched the godfather 1 and 2, the graduate, and this coming tuesday is fight club.
plus, we have a movie homage project, which'll be fun as shit. it's definitely my favorite class right now. i speak up in recitations, make insightful comments (or at least i hope they are), and the other people in recitation seem rather cool too. it's fun stuff.

I have been procrastinating like MAD. This sucks. At least it is not until 230 tommorow so I got some time to study beforehand.
My roomate is in the same class with the same professor as well but in the 12:30 lecture. I'm in the 2:30 lecture.
So he is going to tell me what is on the exam and hopefully the prof doesn't change it up too much between classes.
