well ust put boiling water on kratom. let sit for awhile and that shoudl cook the leaf so you can drink it all down

Never gotten any nausia. One of my friends did though. I get an upset stomach sometimes though. Indigestion kind of upset. My heaviest dose was about 20g of some fairly good regular leaves from Maya. (homemade extract)

If you are getting the super premium kind, I would be careful.. it is more potent than the commercial or regular leaf by a lot. I'd say start out somewhere from 1-3 grams, but nothing over 6.
Methods of ingestion make a big difference in how strong the effects are for me.
A lot of people make teas. I find that a waste, as the effects are hardly strong at all - even at high doses.
My preferred method is to put the powder straight into gel capsules and just swallow em down. I notice a huge difference when I take them that way. I have never gotten an upset stomach either.

I wanted to add that in more than one place I have seen them recomend taking it with a warm fluid. Anyways good luck and all of that shit.

Cool. I had planned on either parachuting or capsules anyway. Thanx for the heads up eris. I'm thinking probaly in the 3-4 g range. I'll be sure to write up a report. Peace!
