Do you wiegh it out? I seriously just dump x amount into my swiss gold tea stainer thang and let it steep for a minute or two. Funny how the powder little bits get into the tea and give it a little stronger edge yah know. The last part gets nice and bitters. Man after awhile you sorta enjoy the bitterness of kratom.

Wow, I don't know. If you grind the stuff up it becomes a whole lot denser with wieght to size ratio. So a tablespoon must be at least 2 grams or more, maybe like 3 grams.

This is my new favorite "recreational" (seeing as DMT is in no way recreational) entheogen. Oh so soothing and relaxing. I just love it. I've never once experienced nausea, just pure bliss!
I want to try it in combination with Kava, chamomile, blue lotus & red poppy flowers to augment it's soothing effect.
I have to say, the taste does kinda' grow on ya... It's really not too bad!

I am still waiting to try the mighty kava. Kratom walks all over yopo snuff, of the pain!

heh, yeah, I got a couple ounces recently from a supplier who suggested 14g was a decent dose.
so I drank my half ounce worth of tea, ended up disoriented and itchy, sweating profusely and being unable to move or concentrate on anything without getting nauseous for a couple hours. I handled it, but I'd highly suggest against doses that high . if I try it again it'll be at 5-7g, or maybe less.

quick side note. If you google the keywords "kratom tea recipe", a recipe comes up calling for 50 grams!
Below that recipe it says "some people experience nausea above 25 grams". That sure as hell is an understatement.

Oh god, comparing Kratom & yopo is like comparing playing Mario Kart & driving a rocket car. Kava is not really too euphoric, so don't get your hopes up too much, but it is relaxing now & then. The paste is the best way to go.
And trying to compare kratom dosage as a mark of strength is rather silly, if not harmful. I've taken an entire ounce before.... but that was the lowest grade. Three teaspoons of the highest grade has made me puke. It's such a range in potency that it's uncomparable.
-------------------- The very nature of experience is ineffable; it transcends cognitive thought and intellectualized analysis. To be without experience is to be without an emotional knowledge of what the experience translates into. The desire for the understanding of what life is made of is the motivation that drives us all. Without it, in fear of the experiences what life can hold is among the greatest contradictions; to live in fear of death while not being alive.

its kinda meaningless to say something like this because the potency varies so greatly. ive had anywhere from 2 grams to 25 grams throughout my many times having it. depends on the potency and if you have tolerance from it or opiates/opioids.
