Hum ok, I have used iamshaman kratom which is slightly better then this other kratom I get for cheap as hell know. I made capsules of the largest kind the 000 and just filled them up. I took two pills and it was really strong effects. If you take kratom orally it is way more powerful then taking it as tea as much is wasted. I would recommend just filling up one 000 or 00 or 0 pill regardless of gram size(who really cares). Try it out based on the pill size. I am an experienced user and two 000 pills was pretty damn intense. Since you are a newbie I might recommend smaller pills like the size 0 and taking one.
