Forest Bed Casing layer?

I was wondering if anyone has used this substrate as a casing layer? It comes in a brick found in the reptile section of a pet store. It's called Forest Bed Expandable Substrate...looks like coco fiber.
It doesnt say what it contains, but one brick produces 9 liters of substrate.
Anyone?

Im pretty sure that is coco coir, i used to use it alot for my poison dart frogs. their is another brand called bed-a-beast, that may be coco coir too. my friend uses forest floor in her casings.

Just did a search and found out that it is made with coconut fiber.
