Translation service gave me something that didn't make much sense to me (perhaps the Norwegian amongst us can provide a translation).

Schwammel also quoted a Goethe poem in which the word 'catnip' appeared twice in the translation:

10 Gar sch?ne Spiele spiele ich mit dir;
10 cooked catnip games games self at to you

25 Ich liebe dich, mich reizt15 deine sch?ne Gestalt16
25 self love thee , me aggravates yours catnip form

Schwammel was banned.

I wonder why it is that intelligent people have to downgrade themselves. It's as if we are surrounded by people who know more than others and yet downgrade themselves so as not to appear superior in intellect and knowledge.

Anyway the Goethe 'Earlking' poem brings to my mind the stories of Zeus and Kronos and I'm beginning to see patterns. It's like we're all part of an experiment to prove a hypothesis so someone can say "See, it turns out the same every time."

So anyway, I think it's time those people who obviously know more and deliberately down-play their roles come forward and quit pussyfooting around and quit providing cover for themselves by getting conveniently banned.

crazy translations ! :lol:

10 Gar sch?ne Spiele spiele ich mit dir;
10 cooked catnip games games self at to you
it really means:
quite beautiful games I play with you

25 Ich liebe dich, mich reizt15 deine sch?ne Gestalt16
25 self love thee , me aggravates yours catnip form
I love you, I am aggrevated(not sure of word) by your beatiful shape.

I don't know, why some seem to be in the need to be constantly banned ...

Even I know "Ich liebe" = "I love" so I should have realized the translation was weird.

There all in cahoots I tell ya...

The first time I was called a heretic was by a professor of theology around 1973. I was fairly thrilled because the man clearly understood and acknowledged my position (I was 20 years old and still adolescent) even though he adhered to the standard doctrine. The same kind of titillation can be present for other reasons, like the exaggerated self-importance of an ego that is inflated to the degree that ideas of persecution (secretly cherished notions of martyrdom perhaps) are evidenced. Paranoia has two faces - grandiosity and persecution. The meaning here is that one needs to feel pretty important in order for the complementary delusion to arise in which 'they' are out to get me (I know too much, or I'm a righteous believer in the evil arena of the world, or I'm "ordained" by G-D [an attenuated 'anointed' by G-D, etc.).
