Tenn stud 50/50 substrate, shelf life?

Hey guys, it looks like im going to be ordering some of the 50/50 straw poo from tenn stud. I never knew they sold 50/50 mix until now:) Thing is, i just got my Koh Samui syringe today, and will be pc'ing some cracked corn jars probably tomorrow, so i have about 2 weeks give or take from what ive seen from this strain ebfore im ready to spawn casings. I want to order the poo/straw mix now, but can it sit for a while before i use it? i want to have it on hand before the jars are done, but i dont want it to begint o contam while im waiting, anyone know how long it'll last, does it come vac packed?

that wont mess with the moisture content or anything putting it in the freezer and taking it out? Id imagine itd be sealed, but just wanna be sure. Its below freezing almost everyday, and defenitely everynight here in MI right now, so as far as that goes i could just leave it outside in my car then.

I dont think it will throw off the water..

But it takes time to thaw

could it be used over crumbled cakes?
