Verm/Peat Moss/Coco Coir Casing Substrate recipe......

I cant remember the exact recipe now the location on the shroomery.
if any one has a link or even remembers the measurements please get it to me. I was trying to tell someone and it totally boggeled my mind.

Its the casing substrate, that includes peat moss, verm, and coco coir. Or maybe just 2 of the above listed 3.

search peat moss + coco coir + verm there ya go just cut and paste , or go thru the teks listed at the front of the page perhaps
