Mist Growing Mushrooms?

I was wondering if I should lightly mist my mushrooms groiwng and the casing layer? My mushrooms have seemed to stop growing, and I was wondering if it would be ok to mist lightly above them to allow moisture to replenish the soil casing layer? Is it ok for them to get lightly misted? Thanks

I mist my mushrooms all the time...but you have to be careful because if you don't do it right, you can destroy the mycelium and get pretty bad overlay.
