Contam or Shroom Retards?

Ok, so these were definitely invitro growths when I birthed this cake. They grew out white then turned beige to kind of brown, like a cap. There are pins on the rest of the cake that are doing well, and it hasn't spread. Is it the invitro retarded shroom, or contam? What do the experts think?

Deff no good. The invitro mushrooms could very well have aborted and started to rot...

Can i leave the shit until my first flush? What will the dead myc cause if I leave it? I'm just a contam wuss and don't want to cut it out...

I've done 5 casings since I've started. NOT ONE ABORT YET :grin:

So I can't really say...in your first post, you seemed to have quite a lot of jars, use this as an experiment if you can't find an answer by searching. If so, use your knowledge to educate others.

cut the part off and see if it's able to fruit. Still probably wouldn't eat though
