two of my friends and i each ate 8 grams of amanitas 3 hours ago none of us have yet to feel any side effects... is theyre a possibility it will kick in later or are they bogus?

Some mushrooms from the Amanitaceae family are deadly poisonous. I'd drive to the hospital if it doesn't kick in and you start to feel really sick.

i would say that ordering amanitas from the net would be a waste of money,time,and effort but then again whatever floats you're boat... here's a tip for the next time you or you're friends wanna order something get you a cubensis spore syringe and grow some real shrooms... most likely you wont be dissapointed

I have never done amanita but from what I hear they are rather uncomfortable. If you haven't felt sick from them and just don't catch a buzz maybe you should count your blessings. Doesn't the most deadly mushroom in the world resemble an Amanita muscaria?

A lot of us here at the shroomery don't care for salviasupply. Theres a thread on that here in the garden. Don't know about their amanita though. Still, I suggest reading the thread about them before supporting them again.

Which Amanita did you take, or if your not sure, what did it look like?

If the cap was redish to yellowish, with small whitish clumps on them it was probably the Fly amanita. The Fly A. is the one people eat for the effects.

If it was white to greenish, without the clumps on the cap CALL YOUR DOCTOR OR POISON CONTROl CENTER NOW!!!
I'm not trying to scare, but several of the amanitas are DEADLY!
The effect of the toxin isn't felt for a day or two; when the symptoms are initally felt, it is similar to the Flu. The Flu like sickness disapears for another day or so, and then returns. At this point, the Liver (and maybe kidneys too?) can fail. I think the toxin in the galernas is the same.

I've heard eating a "heavy" dose of the Fly Amanita can cause a delay in the effects, but I'm not sure if your dose would be considered heavy or not, nor am I sure about how long a delay might be.

If it helps, I've tried amanitas from IAmShaman (a respected site), an entire batch of which had no effects whatsoever. Tasty, but somehow entirely inactive. I tried some more, same source, and not much more than what you took rendered me pretty well incoherent.

It seems like they can just vary tremendously depending on the individual mushroom, preparation, etc. As much as I don't care for Salviasupply, I wouldn't expect even them to be stupid enough to sell deadly amanitas. The good ones really are pretty distinct from the poisons.

the problem with salvia supply is that they advertise
in such a way that all these things, salvia amanita etc
end up looking like party favors.
they even have 'party pack's'.

it is because they are providing a false and damaging view of
these things that we have a problem with them.
