Panic Attack Problem or Something

Lately when i've been smokeing weed, every once in awhile(but not very often) i start haveing like a panic attack or something, my heart rate increases very high and i feel short of breath and dizzy, and it last for about 30mins, i normally just walk around for a little bit and eat bread and drink lots water then it goes away, but i cant figure out what causes this attack, this ever happen to anyone else? or any1 know what causes it/what it is? thanks

what kind of setting are you in?? yes i have experienced this too, the first time i tripped out, i was beginning ot feel weird, and the characters on tv(Three's Comapny) began to take on a devilish form, i saw the similarities of their facial features like the devil, and i felt funny, look in the mirror, and my eyes were so dialated, then i paniced. shit man it is horrific. but the funny thing is when i felt like that, i began to jerk off, that was my first reaction to it. just to spank it, but i couldent even get it up. lol. try taking some kava kava b4 you trip, it has relaxing effects, also camomile tea(no caffine) has been used by the egyptians for centuries as a relaxant, hope it helps, and also, say to yourself, why am i so scared, and where is this fear gonna take me??

ya, I did a solo roll on E once, a pure pill, and I convinced myself that the pill was PMA, and that I was dying.  I felt my heart and clocked it at 110 beats per minute ... which is pretty fuckin fast .. i started blacking out and having seizures, all by the power of suggestion ... :frown: just chill and think about how you did the drug to have FUN, not to be miserable, and it should clear up

I don't know if you guys noticed or not, but this guy is talking about smoking weed.

I've had similiar experiences with weed. I'm pretty sure it was because I had stopped taking prozac and ever since when I smoked, I'd had a sort of panic attack. My heart would be racing and I'd studder. It's a pretty scary experience.

if i do something like walk up a flight of stairs this sorta happens. it's not tht bad though.
my old girlfriend used to go blind for about 5 minuetes after we would smoke. this was sooooo wierd. i never heard of anything happening like this. she would just be like "i cant see" and she would stumble around while i laughed at her. seriously, she would not be able to see. very wierd
