CEVs in other situations (ie, Panic Attacks)

About six months ago, I suffered from very frequent panic attacks. I've not had a panic attack for a while now, but I remember often having good quality CEVs during these panic attacks (if listening to music) whilst sober. (not that I'm saying it was enjoyable!)
Any one have any idea what changes are taking place in the brain during a panic attack, and also, what other sober situations can induce CEVs?

Once after I threw up like 12 times, I was sitting at this computer, and then i closed my eyes to help the nasuea to go away, and I saw behind my eyes tons of CEVs of instant messages that kept popping up and flashing and stuff, they made me feel even more sick, thenI opened my eyes and looked at the computer screen and saw that there was none.

I've had some mild cev's while orgasming during sex. But mostly imagining other women's bodies...lol.
