Do you have a 22 QT Pressure Cooker?

If so How long to get it up to 15 psi? How long does it continue to boil when you take it off the heat? How long does it maitain pressure after off of the heat? Mine seems to boil for another 30 minutes after my 60 min sterlizing period.

I'm wondering how to factor this into my times...

I have a 22 quart.

I don't factor in the cooling off time in. I keep it clickin for a hour and wait for it to cool off. Someimes I put it outside (Canada) to cool off quicker.
