Contamination Recovery

I have 8 jars of wbs colonizing. Two of these have become infected with a gray/brown mold or bacteria or whatever. My question is, two weeks ago the infected area was about a one inch square. Now it is down to the size of a pea. At what point, if any, is it safe to use the spawn for further colonization.

Its only 2 jars, I'd say toss it. Even if it is visibly gone it may still be there (Even on the inner part of the jar).
