sterilization question

im just about to begin innoculating my first jars, does anyone have anytips on how to keep my working area completely sterile. i just want to be as safe as possible.

First suggestion dont double post! It is irritating. Second suggeston is spray everything around you with bleah water solution 10water-1bleach. Then flame sterrilize the needle and keep it in a alchohol soaked paper towel. Then wipe the tape or whatever your innoculating thru with the wipe and innoculate. Wipe the needle in between jars. Thats all I do and I have pretty good results.
