Looking for some pre-sterilized rye grass seed jars for sclerotia. Anyone know where I can get these?

Different people recommend different things. They're both great though.

Perfect!! According to the shroomery's FAQ on sclerotia, one cup of substrate will produce an average of 30 grams dry sclerotia. How much have your 1 lb bags been known to produce? (truffles) Rough estimate?

And another question: The description of your product lists many variables and growing conditions? According to shroomery, truffles don't need much of any maitence to grow invitro. They should be able to produce in cold/hot, high air/low air exchange, high humidity/low humidity environments. Am I wrong? Please let me know. I will be using A strain Mexicana/Tamp...

Does anybody know if you can grow sclerotia from cubensis? I guess you'd have to keep the jars in complete darkness to prevent pinning?

Not sure what you mean by the product page listing many different variables for production of sclerotia. It only lists an incubation temperature range. Note these instructions are for the production of the Tuber Oyster Mushroom (a sclerotia producing edible mushroom), as we cannot provide or comment on any cultivation of Psilocybian genera mushrooms.
