whats the fastest cultivation you got?

incubate at the correct temp, use a filter for air exchange, use lots of LC and get your moisture content right.

It doesn't matter if you get a strain that is a fast colonizer or not.  If you don't have correct growing/incubating conditions it will still be slow.  Other than that,  S. American, Z, and Burma I have found are fairly fast colonizer.

i agree. z has been one of the fastest for me. i had to give away my burmas though so i didnt get to see them finish :frown:

I,ll say Z strain also, of the kinds I used, they finished a good week ahead of the others started at the same time.

Interesting thats also my first ones I picked out and its probably around day 27 and im fruiting now... sweet!

spores I got from ralphster over a year ago of mexi cubes are the fastest colonizers I've seen, Z strain rates right along side it. I grow using pennington's finch seed and little whole wheat flour mixed in. I like the trip from the mexi's better though (always comes on real smooth with almost no waves of anxiety) so I grow it often : )~ I use a honey water solution for inoculation also, conserves your prints and will shave a few days off your grow time.

EQ colonizes extremely fast as well.  But I feel that you sacrifice intensity(during the trip) for speed of colonizing.  :peace:
