Cake Question

My cakes have been in my terr. for like a week an a half now. I think i see on pin forming at the top, but im not sure yet. Are the outside of my cakes supposed to kinda look like they have warts growing all over them? My myc. has no signs of contam. I just want to be sure. Thx in advance.
