Substrate cake questions

My friend has his substrate cakes in a terrarium and was wondering about a bluish/green color growing on the cake. Is it possible that it is getting infected, I've heard of bruising, but I do not see how it could get bruised. He does not handle them and they are underneath a sheet of plexiglass. Any help will be appreciated.

The blueing could be from lack of humidity, or possible to much...most likly the latter. Of course it could be conta...you never know. Cakes suck...don't be affraid to case. The mycl. is strong enough to handle most cont. that may come along at this point. Although it's your decision....just trying to help :)
