pc size & filter bags.....

will the filter bags from mycotech be a problem in an 8 quart pressure cooker? I realize it is stil quite small, but i don't want to deal with jars anymore and the big canners are too expensive.

also does it just sit on the bottom with the water? Or do you need some kind of rack, besides the one it came with( its more like a flat plate), so its elevated above?

8 quart should be quite enough.
The flat rack is ok to use.
