Somehow banned from the IRC server?
    #4762563 -

I just tried to access the shroomery IRC server but apparently I'm banned from it. I have never been on the server before this was the first time I tried to connect to it.

[12:00] Error : Closing Link: Ozrichead[c-bd6f71d6.01-37-6e6b7012.cust.bredbandsbolaget.se] (You are banned from using this server)

I asked some people using the same ISP as me to try to connect and they are also banned, is the whole ISP banned and in that case why?
