When to add cakes to hydrapod

I have 6 cakes i just innoculated. At what stage are they ready to be put into the hydrapod. I'm not completely clear with what I've been reading. This is my first grow and I'd appreciate the help. Thanks.

go to www.myco-tek.com... email them or go to their members message board and post there, they'll help you out. I'm assuming you own a hydrapod which you purchased through myco-tek?
