anyone know malt extract measurements?

Anybody know how much a weight of malt extract equals, ex: table spoons etc...
I only need about 20 grams...but dont want more so that it works properly.

A tablespoon is just under 25 grams.

Actually, at tablespoon of dry Malt or Agar weighs approx. 10 gr.

Stick to 4% solutions.
eg.

For Malt Liquid culture - 1tb.(10g) Malt to 1 Cup(250ml) water
For Agar Solid Culture - 1 tb.(10g) Malt + 1tb.(10g) Agar to 2 Cups(500ml)

I see you like hte malt method. What do you find colonizes faster after transferring mycelium to it? the agar? or the liquid malt?
Also, how much liquid do you colonize with a small chunk of mycelium at once??

Also, we fitted poly filter on the jars..
is this a good idea?
