First time acid trip? I don't want to wait.
    #4660451 -

I'm going to be getting some acid first, but I'm not sure who can sit for me or who would be willing to or when I'd be able to do it. I have actually been thinking of doing it alone, although that's an incredibly stupid idea. Would I be fine if I just kept the thought that nothing is wrong with me in my head and could I talk myself out of doing something stupid? I know this is a horribly stupid question to post, but I'm impatient and don't know when I'd be able to do it with a sitter.

No. :frown:

Actually, I do, but some of them aren't into acid. I also have to work this weekend and I don't know how to work around my schedule because my friend I'd normally do it with is going up north. I'm not even sure if I'll get it or not though.

I would recommend with a friend the first time... after my first time and then my first bad trip... I never had a problem after that being by myself because it couldn't get any worse than the one bad trip I had.

Yeah, I've tried salvia. I don't like it. It's boring. I haven't seen any hallucinations, I just feel like a rock and I don't want to move.

Well if ur taking acid just to see hallucinations you might get a shocker when you lose your mind for a bit.

If you have a lot of experience with other psychedelic drugs, then taking one hit (and one hit only) by yourself shouldn't be too difficult to handle.

Still, you never know how you'll respond to each new drug you try, so it's always best to have a sitter. It may be best to wait, but do what you feel is right. If you do decide to trip alone, it is important that you do not take more than one hit the first time.

No, not for just hallucinations. I find it quite interesting and I would like to try it out. Hallucinations are part of it, but not all of it.

Acid is a hell of a drug. One that lends way to an understanding of how irrelivant visuals can be. For this reason id recommend doing it with someone else just for the stimulation the first time. Youll then know what to naturally and will be less self analytical, unless you want that and your friend is willing to give you space and just be a sitter like the ones you might have read about
