Question
    #4654328 - 09/13/05 12:03 PM (11 years, 2 months ago)

Does any one here know any other ways to grow mush other than having to use jars, pressure cookers, spore prints, etc.. I also heared that if you dig a hole and put like a pastry or cake or sum shit like that and cover it w/ hay and cow manure then sum shrooms will grow...? does n e one know if thats true?

My advice if for you to research this site

“I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.”

Yes that is true. The problem lies in the cake...which does require jars, spores, and a pressure cooker or large pot, etc...

no, that is not true. more than likely nothing would happen for you that way.
the cake/pastry that you would be referring to would be a colonized (with mycelium) cake. brown rice flour, vermiculite, and water.
use the search feature and do lots of reading on the subject, that is where you will get the most helpful info at this point in time.
:peace:

You must use a colonized cake. Not just a regular cake or pastry. It is best in my opinion to do indoor growing. There are many features on this site that will help you out. I will also be willing to help if you wish. I PMed you.

You took that picture off their web-site page below...

All anyone had to do is right click their mouse on that picture and see what web-site it came from.
