I just got through using this TEK with some pretty good results. I found that the casings do get contaminated and dried out after taking the lids off unless you put them in a terrarium. That's the only modification I made to the TEK. Nothing fancy, just a big box with a lid, lined with wet perlite, and fanned and misted about twice a day.

I think temperature isnt a huge factor for casing but if you overdo it, you'll get mycelium overgrowth with dead cells. If you live in an area with normal humidity, you don't need to worry.This is from info ive read here.

This is for the growing stage.For the mycelium growth stage the temp. should be around 84-86. It would help if it gets some light for a few hours a day and dont forget to fan them to exchange the old/fresh air This is from info ive read here.
