Shroom Wizard's TEK

I've been eyeing The Shroom Wizard's TEK, and it mentions innoculating the jars several days after the jars cool. This is great advice, since it allows you to determine whether mistakes led to contamination prior to wasting any spores.

My question is, can you store sterile jars for,say a month before innoculating them? Going on a trip soon (A travel trip :) and would like to have a head start when I return.

If they seal, the lid inverts and has a vapor lock on the contents. Either don't poke your holes yet or tape over them with masking tape very good to keep them under pressure, if you do this they will be fine....
